The Paradise Papers: Secrets of Offshore Schemes | How the Rich Dodge Taxes.

The Paradise Papers: Tim Tufuga spin!
The Paradise papers was an interesting kick back laundering scheme but viewing the Samoan Monotaga system, the Samoan fundraising systems, it seems that the word bribery is considered a Samoan expected custom similar to tipping a Waiter in an American restaurant for Samoans. You only need to look at a Samoan election campaigns and viewing the Samoans Taualuga fundraising Siva to see money thrown in a basket in the middle of a dance floor. It is a universal cultural practice amongst most Pacific Islander functions. There are no receipts, no accounting procedures, no tax refunds for donations. NO tax reconciliation rebates for Samoan Fa'alavelave at all.
The Samoan Siva Taualuga accounting procedures was viewed as an opportunity for Money laundering procedures for Utility Maximisers away from opening a Cayman Islands bank account. To purportedly invest in offshore business ventures in funneling laundered monies was considered a no brainer default. In micromanaging levels of money laundering procedures the ignoring the tree amongst the forest seems too obvious. As in a Siva Taualuga money donation no one knows what amount is being donated until the people collecting the money gather the donated monies at the end of the Siva, then no one knows who has or how much is pocketed by the people collecting the money, unbeknownst to the Organisation or the Benefactor, and least of all the Government Tax Office, until the accounts are reconciled revealing the amount that was donated. It is very difficult to accurately account for such fundraising customs. On a larger scale, with Government Corporate monetary policy dealings the lack of public audit and accounting procedures may be easily construed as Government malversation and corruption through interpretive offshore money laundering, localised tax evasion procedures. For Government Tax Agencies offshore money laundering dealings are more difficult to trace due primarily to jurisdictional oversight and purview.
Samoan Tax Haven.
Hence, the Paradise Papers would list almost any of the who's who in the celebrity and the global Plutocratic wealthy facilitating the small Island Nations with their minimalist regulatory Laissez Faire tax policies, otherwise known as Tax Havens
Moreover, this becomes a quid pro quo pat on the back arrangement for the Client and the Facilitator.
The Clientele
The Paradise Papers is essentially a list of the Clientele. This list would Heads of State, including the British Monarchy. The Facilitators would include most Pacific Island Nations, including Samoa.
In this grubby world of the Utilitarianism and the shortcuts to getting richer for the rich but more importantly to maintain their quality of life in this avarice vice for the rich, has become the berley in the water for Tax Agents world over to hone into the Facilitators and Clients alike to catch the Corporate Thief. The Paradise Papers list simply revealed the modus operandi of the how the wealthy were able to launder and how they were hitherto been able to get away with it.
The HRPP Government were mentioned because the temptation was much too easy not to ignore and to view the nature of the Samoan custom of the Taualuga Siva and how accountable donated monies are given so freely and undocumented, reveals the tree amongst the forest, of the selective nature of the Samoan tax accounting procedures This Laissez Faire tax accounting procedures is more tempting than a Cayman Islands bank account.
The Paradise Papers would be considered as controversial for revealing the dirty laundry if the Rich more so than the Epstein Files. Assuredly, the Paradise Papers clientele list would also include some names listed on the Epstein Files as well.
