China has demonstrated their rapid adaptation and technological innovative advancements to not only acquiring the latest telcom network systems in satellite and telcom data digital transfer systems but to innovatively advance upon current systems to more advanced levels of digital data refinements with qualitatively superior efficacy than Western technology.
